I’m Evan, the founder of HelpAutomate.
For over a decade, I’ve worked across banking, finance and technology, giving me a unique lens on how businesses actually run — and where things often fall apart.
10 years in banking & finance taught me how businesses operate at scale, where risk lives in manual workflows, and how important operational clarity is.
5 years in tech gave me the tools to fix that — using automation platforms like Zapier and Workato, APIs, and code to eliminate inefficiencies.
Real-world experience working with small businesses means I know how to build solutions that are practical, affordable, and make an immediate impact.
